Incentive Programs

We know you work hard to provide excellent service to Accessible Dispatch passengers across the city, and we want to reward you for your efforts! Accessible Dispatch is excited to announce two new incentive programs available to drivers of yellow and green wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs): our Driver of the Month Program and our Most Active Drivers of the Week Program. To be considered for either of these rewards, all you have to do is keep accepting Accessible Dispatch trips and provide high quality services to your passengers!

Driver of the Month Program

The Driver of the Month Program is a great opportunity for all TLC-licensed drivers who operate WAVs. This program is a small token of our appreciation, and offers a chance for you to earn rewards—just for providing excellent service to passengers who utilize mobility devices!

Eligibility Criteria

  • You must be a TLC-licensed driver who operates a yellow or green WAV
  • You must accept the highest number of Accessible Dispatch trips among the driver community during the month in question
  • You must not have any complaints against you
The Prize

Each month, the Driver of the Month will receive an exciting prize package:

  • Certificate of Achievement
  • $100 gas card
  • Swag items showing your support of Accessible Dispatch
  • A short feature on Accessible Dispatch’s website and social media
Most Active Drivers of the Week Program

Through our Most Active Drivers of the Week Program, we’re acknowledging all the drivers who make Accessible Dispatch a success! Every week, this award will recognize drivers who provide excellent service and who completed at least six outer borough Accessible Dispatch trips during that week.

Eligibility Criteria

  • You must be a TLC-licensed driver who operates a yellow or green WAV
  • You must accept at least six outer borough Accessible Dispatch trips that week
  • You must not have any complaints
The Prize

Each week, the drivers selected as recipients will receive a $50 gas card and your name and photo on Accessible Dispatch’s social media pages.
